The characters we’ve seen in Oda’s One Piece are truly amazing. They are diverse, intriguing, and – in most cases – loved by fans. On top of that, they are – generally – very well-written characters whose stories are always fun to explore. But, at other times, they are a mystery, and we don’t know anything about them despite the fact that they have been introduced to the larger lore. One such example is the enigmatic Nerona Family, a family that is going to be introduced in the upcoming Chapter 1086 of the manga, and we have decided to tell you everything you need to know about them.
The Nerona Family is yet another new addition to the One Piece lore that is set to appear in the upcoming Chapter 1086 of the manga. Currently, nothing is known about the family save for the fact that it is among the 20 families that originally founded the World Government. A member of the family, Saint Imu, will be mentioned or appear in Chapter 1086, but it is not known if he is tied to the mysterious Im we’ve seen in the story.

The Nerona Family is a mysterious piece of history in One Piece

So, what do we know about the Nerona Family? Well, since we’ve just seen the preview of Chapter 1086 rather than the actual chapter, we don’t know much. We know that the Nerona Family will be mentioned in some capacity and that one of its members will make an appearance in the Chapter or that he will be mentioned. We don’t know who their representative was or what their weapon is, but the Nerona Family will certainly play a major role in the World Government’s role in the story and the history of the World Nobles.
In what way? We still don’t know, but the upcoming chapters will reveal more information about them. So far, we know that they are a noble family, and we actually know one of its members!
The member? Well, it is a guy named Saint Imu. We don’t know much about him save for the name, but the upcoming chapter might reveal more information; if not now, Oda will definitely reveal more information later in the series. So, Saint Imu has a name similar to most other World Nobles, which definitely confirms his status. We also know that he was either a representative of the Nerona family years ago when the World Government was founded or that he is just a later member.
What is a mystery as well as how Saint Imu could be tied to Im, also called Imu, the mysterious figure leading the World Government from the shadows. The name might just be a coincidence, it might be symbolic, but we think that Oda has prepared a lot of surprises for us in the upcoming chapters and that Im’s role in the story is also going to be revealed soon, as well as his real identity.
