Many interesting characters appear in SPY×FAMILY, and while the major focus has always been on the protagonist trio – Loid, Yor, and Anya – numerous side characters impacted the series and deserve some attention. This article will be dedicated to two secondary characters who appeared and debuted in the final episode of the second season of SPY×FAMILY. The characters in question are Miss Bennet, the lady living in Apartment 407, and her pet dog, a female pug named Daisy. Although minor characters, the two of them are definitely interesting enough for us to write up an article telling you about their story from the series.

  • Article Breakdown:
  • Miss Bennet is a secondary character from SPY×FAMILY who appeared in the second season of the anime and Chapter 58 of the original manga.
  • Daisy is the name of her pet pug, a female, which she loved very much; Daisy almost died in the fire set by Arsonist in the series.
  • Miss Bennet and Daisy live in Apartment 407, and while she was out, the Arsonist set her apartment on fire. She cried over Daisy, but Loid and Bond managed to save the pug from the fire.

Miss Bennet is the lady from Apartment 407

As we’ve said in our introduction, SPY×FAMILY has, indeed, introduced us to a plethora of various characters, and the real-life context of the series adds a touch of realism to all these fictional characters, regardless of whether they are more or less important, or even episodic. The two characters we are going to talk about today are episodic characters, but their story is truly wholesome, so we wanted to tell you everything you might want to know about them, especially if their appearance in the series intrigued you. They are Miss Bennet and her pet pug, Daisy, and this article is going to reveal all you need to know about them.

Now, since both Miss Bennet and Daisy are secondary characters from the series, we really don’t have too much biographical information about them. Miss Bennet and Daisy lived in Apartment 407, which was targeted by the Arsonist. Miss Bennet seemed to be a nice and caring lady, but we don’t really know much about her save for that she wasn’t a problematic tennant as the series did not concern itself with her up to this point.

Daisy, on the other hand, is her small pug, a female, who is exceptionally adorable, and Miss Bennet cares a lot about her. This is why, when their apartment caught fire, she was crying for her Daisy. In the next section, we are going to reveal what happened.

Daisy is her pet pug who was saved thanks to Bond

The Cruise Adventure is over, and the protagonists can now get back to their usual lives and activities. Loid, while walking with Bond one day, witnesses the dog use his powers to foresee the future to predict several accidents. Boid alters his master to some of these, to which Loid reacts, but he also avoids alerting him to one because he predicted that Loid would get angry at him. But, while walking, a serious scene happens as Bond foresees a fire in an apartment and a young woman crying out for her Daisy, whatever that is. Bond quickly leads Loid to the location, and while Bond wants to go into the flaming apartment, Loid stops him; the dog then chews through his leash and enters inside, with Loid following him. In the meantime, the onlookers speak of arson.

Loid follows Bond to the apartment and is surprised when he sees the dog carrying a small pug in his mouth; this pug is Daisy, and that is why Miss Bennett, the owner of the apartment, was crying. Loid comes up with an escape plan, but using his foresight, Bond sees the danger and stops Loid; when he realizes that Bond is right, Loid thanks him, but he mistakenly believes that the dog’s nose is able to smell the smoke. Loid comes up with improvised oxygen masks and puts Daisy in his backpack, and the three of them finally jump out of the window and onto the street. There, they see that Bond is on fire, and they quickly hose him with water; his wet appearance makes Loid laugh.

We soon notice a man dressed in black behind a corner, who is seemingly enjoying the sight of the burning apartment. Bond sees him rushes at him, and bites him, which surprises him. He is about to take out a knife, revealing – by accident – fire accelerants and incendiary devices, thus confirming the gossip and outing himself as the arsonist. The Arsonist tried to attack and slice Bond, but Loid came just in time and immediately knocked him out before he was able to harm Bond in any way. After taking down the culprit, Bond and Loid took Daisy back to her owner, Miss Bennet, who was overjoyed to see her puppy once again. And that is essentially the whole story.

We don’t know what happened to Miss Bennet and Daisy afterwards, but they were reunited happily and both of them survived the arson. We don’t know what happened later and what happened with their apartment, as this is their whole story; Loir and Bond were, of course, lauded as heroes, but that doesn’t really have much to do with Miss Bennet and Daisy, whose story thus received a happy ending.

They were a lovely addition to the cast of SPY×FAMILY, and although they were only episodic characters, they left a mark on the series, which is why we have presented their story to you and told you everything that is known about the two from the canon series.
