We’re just a few weeks away from the release of ‘Deadpool & Wolverine.’ Anticipation is soaring as it’s set to be a major hit, buoyed by high expectations. It’s the sole MCU release this year, and Feige has hinted at its pivotal role in the future of mutants in the MCU.

The cast and creators have also added to the hype with bold statements, including claims like “It’s the best movie I’ve ever made,” teasing potential cameos and elevating excitement levels.

As we eagerly await to see if these claims hold true, Reynolds, Jackman, and Levy are currently embarking on a press tour to promote the movie. During a recent interview, they divulged intriguing details about the upcoming film.

In their latest interview, Reynolds was asked about the potential sexual tension between his character, who is canonically pansexual, and Jackman’s character. Reynolds delivered a characteristically entertaining and on-brand response:

REYNOLDS: I can’t speak for Wolverine, but I feel like Deadpool has sexual tension with everything and everyone.

JACKMAN: Don’t deny this is special.

REYNOLDS: There is a … you’re right. I feel it right now. My God, like two magnets facing the wrong direction.

The cinematic version of Deadpool has been confirmed as pansexual, with numerous references supporting this. His significant relationship was with Vanessa, portrayed by Morena Baccarin, who will return to reprise her role.

Vanessa played a pivotal role in the second installment of the franchise, where Deadpool manipulated time to save her life. However, it’s worth noting that Vanessa and Deadpool won’t have a romantic connection in the upcoming movie. Reports suggest Vanessa now has a new boyfriend, leaving room for speculation about what could transpire between Deadpool and Wolverine.
