Filmmaker Zack Snyder has credited Kim Kardashian’s Fortnite skin for his gaming success over the holidays.
On December 28, Snyder shared a selfie on Instagram showing his TV screen with the Iconic Kim Kardashian outfit from Fortnite’s Icon Series. “Big thanks to @kimkardashian for carrying me to all those Royales on @fortnite over Christmas break,” he wrote, tagging both Fortnite and Kardashian, and added the hashtag #fortnite.
The post quickly went viral, earning over 46,000 likes and hundreds of comments, with fans reacting with surprise, jokes, and memes. Kardashian’s Fortnite Icon Series skin launched on December 13 and has become one of the most popular cosmetic items in the game this season.
