Adria Arjona has given fans a small look at her fitness routine while she prepares for her role in the upcoming film Man of Tomorrow. The update came through her Instagram stories, where she shared a mix of workout content and a mirror selfie alongside her trainer, Paolo Mascitti.

According to posts seen on social media, Arjona was filmed during a weight training session, showing her doing heavy lifts in a gym setting. The clip also featured the song Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne playing in the background. She tagged her trainer in the post, who has also worked with actor David Corenswet as part of his preparation for the Superman role.

Mascitti later reshared Arjona’s post on his own account and also posted a mirror selfie with her. In the photo, the two are seen standing in front of a gym mirror with markings written on it, suggesting a structured training environment.

Reports from entertainment outlets note that filming for Man of Tomorrow has officially started. Production is taking place across multiple locations, including Trilith Studios in Atlanta, parts of the United Kingdom, and Cincinnati in Ohio. The film is led by David Corenswet, who plays Superman in this new DC project.

It has also been reported that Arjona has joined the cast as Maxima, a character from DC Comics. In the source material, Maxima is known as a powerful alien queen from the planet Almerac, often portrayed as both an enemy and occasional ally of Superman. In some storylines, she shifts between villain and hero depending on the arc.

Her casting has led fans to speculate that the movie may be drawing inspiration from certain comic storylines, including Panic in the Sky, where Maxima initially aligns with a major threat before later changing sides. The film is also expected to involve Superman and Lex Luthor working together against a larger danger, Brainiac.

Arjona is known for roles in projects like Andor, Morbius, Good Omens, and Blink Twice, building a strong presence in both film and television over the years.

Man of Tomorrow is currently scheduled for release on July 9, 2027.

The training clips give a glimpse of how seriously the cast is preparing for physically demanding roles, especially in a superhero film environment. It also shows how social media is now part of the early storytelling around big productions, with fans getting small updates long before release.
