‘Paris Has Fallen’ Season 2 Episode 7 Release Date, Time, Where to Watch, and Preview

The next chapter of ‘Paris Has Fallen’ arrives on Canal+ in France on Monday, 19 October. Canal+’s schedule puts it on that date and shows the season running to eight episodes in total. The finale is slated for the following Monday, so the story is now in its closing stretch.

A note on naming helps before going further. Pogdesign files the current run under ‘Paris Has Fallen’ and lists the latest installment as ‘Apollo Has Fallen’. Epguides places the sequel season under the title ‘Apollo Has Fallen’. Wikipedia describes that series as a sequel to ‘Paris Has Fallen’. This guide to ‘Paris Has Fallen’ covers the date, the time, the platforms and what the story is building toward.

Release Date for the Next Episode

Canal+ lists the next episode for Monday, 19 October and the season finale for Monday, 26 October. Epguides carries the same dates. Bingebase also shows the upcoming episode airing on 19 October.

The sequel season began on 14 September. The opening pair of episodes arrived together on that date, and a weekly release has followed since. That weekly rhythm is why the finale sits just a week after the next episode.

The original run followed a similar pattern. ‘Paris Has Fallen’ first aired on Canal+ in France on 23 September 2024. Its first season totaled eight episodes of roughly 44 minutes each.

Release Time and Runtime

Viewers hoping for an exact drop time will find little firm information. No exact release time has been announced for Hulu or Prime Video. Canal+ is holding to a Monday slot, though the sources reviewed for this piece do not name an hour for the upcoming episode.

Timing may also differ by region. The first series reached Hulu in the United States in December 2024, months after it debuted on Canal+, so American and British viewers may not see an episode on the same day as French audiences. That staggered pattern has become familiar for this franchise.

On length, TheTVDB lists the sixth episode on Canal+ at 43 minutes. Viewers should plan around a similar running time for the next installment, although individual episodes can vary slightly. Local schedules also shift the day of the week in some territories.

Where to Watch Around the World

The platform picture depends on where a viewer lives. The series streams on Hulu in the United States, Prime Video in the United Kingdom and Canal+ in France, and a subscription is required for the American service. That split follows how the first series was distributed.

French viewers have flexibility beyond the Monday broadcast. Canal+ keeps a weekly television schedule but indicates that the whole season can also be accessed through its app. Other territories have their own weekly slots. Crave in Canada lists new episodes on Tuesdays. SBS On Demand in Australia offers the series for free, with new episodes arriving on Wednesdays.

The wider rollout reflects how the studio views the property. Canal+ chief executive Maxime Saada called the first series a smashing success across Canal+ pay television territories, as well as on Prime Video in the United Kingdom and Hulu in the United States. That performance paved the way for the sequel season now airing.

Preview of What the Story Builds Toward

The sources reviewed do not include an official synopsis for the upcoming episode, so the most reliable preview comes from the chapters leading into it. In episode 5, Zara assembles a team of former mercenaries to capture Voltov, while Vincent escapes and finds refuge with Hassan, an interpreter he met on an earlier mission. The same synopsis notes that Yuri sets his most devastating phase in motion.

The momentum carries into the most recent episode. In episode 6, Keane, held back by Yuri, refuses to betray Zara, and with Hassan’s help Zara and Vincent try to infiltrate Voltov’s base to rescue Rachel and the other hostages. The next episode will likely show how that attempt unfolds.

The larger stakes were laid out in the trailer. The footage showed a virus being released at a soccer stadium full of spectators, with the mercenary leader planning to expand if the first step worked. Jacek Koman plays Yuri Mishkin, Annabel Scholey plays the virologist Rachel Moss, and Richard Dormer plays Zara’s former mentor.

With only one chapter left after the next episode, the story has little room to spare. After the attempt to infiltrate Voltov’s base, do you think Rachel and the other hostages get out in time, or does Yuri still have one more move to play before the virus plot reaches its end?
