‘Agatha All Along’ Episode 3 Teaser Might Have Revealed the Teen’s Identity in the Series
Agatha All Along premiered just a few days ago with its first two episodes, receiving overwhelmingly positive reactions from audiences. The series follows Agatha Harkness as she escapes from her magical prison and returns to the real world.
However, there’s a twist: Agatha is now powerless and being pursued by Salem’s Seven. This predicament leads her to accept a deal from “the Teen,” agreeing to walk the Witches Road with him and a makeshift coven they managed to assemble in just one day.
The show is filled with mysteries and references, with one of the biggest enigmas revolving around the Teen’s identity. The leading theory suggests he is Billy Kaplan, also known as the reincarnated Billy Maximoff—Wanda’s son.
Additionally, Agatha’s son, Nicholas Scratch, has been hinted at, suggesting he could be more closely related to Agatha than to Wanda.
Despite Agatha’s repeated inquiries, the Teen cannot reveal his identity due to a strange curse or spell placed upon him.
The latest clue regarding the Teen’s true identity comes from Roku’s promotional trailer for episode 3.
The moment is brief and easily overlooked, but the teaser clearly depicts Locke’s character charging up his magic, which appears to be blue. This matches the color of the magic used by Wiccan, also known as Billy Kaplan / Billy Maximoff, in the comics.
This isn’t the first time Teen’s identity has been hinted at; subtitles in a promotional Disney+ teaser referred to the character as Billy.
Now, the mystery before us is clear, but we still need to figure out how Billy Maximoff reincarnated into a fully grown Billy Kaplan within just three years after the events of “WandaVision.” We also have to consider what happened to Tommy.
We’ve come up with several theories to tackle these questions. One possibility is that Billy Maximoff wasn’t “disintegrated” but instead continued to exist within Wanda’s “prison” spell. It’s important to remember that Billy and Tommy were five years old just days after they were born.
Another theory suggests that Billy likely remembers everything but has made a deal with Mephisto to save his mother and brother, which could explain the sigils on his mouth that prevent anyone from hearing his true identity.
