How To Get Blasphemous Blade?

Again, the process of Blasphemous Blade is quite long. On top of the fact that it is time-consuming, you also need to defeat certain bosses that will allow you to progress through the quest that will allow you to obtain the Blasphemous Blade. As such, you might want to spend an entire evening on this quest, depending on how many times you have to retry the bosses that you need to defeat.

To get the Blasphemous Blade, you need to go the Remembrance of the Blasphemous, which is an item that you will have to trade in the Roundtable Hold for you to acquire the Blasphemous Blade. But the process of getting this item will take a while.

You need to first go to Mt. Gelmir and go to the Volcano Manor to talk to Lady Tanith. She will grant you a quest if you exhaust all her dialogues. After that, she will give you directions and quests that you need to complete. You will also be given the Drawing-Room Key, which will allow you to open the Drawing-Room, which has more NPCs that you can talk to.

In the Drawing-Room and on the Table, you can find a letter from Volcano Manor. You have to pick the letter up and then talk to the NPCs that you can find in the room. After that, a marker will be shown on your map, and it will say Volcano Manor Request: Istvan in North of Stormhill.

Go to the marker on your map, where you will see texts on the ground. Examining the text will teleport you to Istvan’s World, where you need to defeat him. Go back to the Volcano Manor to talk to Lady Tanith after defeating Istvan. You may also need to speak to the other NPCs in the Manor.

Exhaust the dialogues of all of the NPCs that you can find in the Volcano Manor so that you will be given some items that may be useful. Repeat the entire process by defeating different opponents, which include Rileigh in Altus Plateau and Juno Hoslow in Mountaintops of the Giants.

After defeating Rileigh and Juno Hoslow, return to Lady Tanith and speak to her. She will ask you whether or not you want to meet her lord. Answering Yes will teleport you to a cave where Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy, can be found.

What you need to do here is to defeat Rykard. However, take note that this is not an easy task to do because this is a very difficult boss battle that may end up forcing you to rage-quit. But don’t stop now because you are only a step closer to the Blasphemous Blade.

We recommend that you invite your friends to help you in this battle because this is going to be a very difficult fight. You may be able to use some guides that you can find on the internet, but it is best that you use a few deaths on him so that you can study his attack patterns and tendencies.

If you do manage to defeat Rykard, you will need to head back to Lady Tanith and talk to her to complete the quest. After that, you can now return to the Roundtable Hold. Go to Finger Reader Enia so that you will be able to trade the Remembrance of the Blasphemous that you got after defeating Rykard.

Enia will allow you to choose between the Blasphemous Blade and Rykard’s Rancor. The second choice is a strong spell that should be very useful for those who are using magic builds. While Rykard’s Rancor may be strong, we are here for the Blasphemous Blade. That’s why you should choose the Blasphemous Blade.

Choosing the Blasphemous Blade will allow you to obtain the item. Now your job is done, and you can now use the Blasphemous Blade against your opponents. And the fact that it steals life will be great when it comes to fighting different opponents that may be quite difficult to handle.

You can also upgrade the Blasphemous Blade using Somber Smithing Stones. However, if you have some Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stones around, you can use one on your Blasphemous Blade to upgrade it instantly to +10.
