After doing so, you will be able to go to the Apostate Derelict in the Consecrated Snowfield. Another way for you to get the Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone is by going to the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint found in Mohgwyn’s Palace. But the problem here is that this is a place that you should only access when you are already strong enough because the enemies here should be very tough to handle. Mohgwyn’s Palace should be accessed only when you are somewhere near the late stages of the game.

The Somber Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone can be found in a huge statue in the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint. It is in a chest under the statue.
