Elden Ring is an action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published in 2022 by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game is played from a third-person perspective and features a rich open world and a multitude of gameplay elements from Dark Souls games. George R. R. Martin had significant input during the world-building phase of the game’s development. Elder Ring was a massive hit on release and won several awards.
