‘Captain America: Brave New World’ is highly anticipated in the MCU lineup. Like many other projects, its development resumed after the SAG-AFTRA strike ended. There were expectations of delays, with ‘Captain America 4’ initially swapping dates with ‘Deadpool & Wolverine.’ However, it’s now set for release on February 15, 2025, after being delayed almost a year.

Details about the plot and villains remain scarce, but leaks, surprisingly from McDonald’s, have provided some insight.

A few months back, a McDonald’s Happy Meal toy accidentally spilled the beans that the main villain in the upcoming release will be Red Hulk. For fans familiar with Harrison Ford’s character, General Thunderbolt Ross, this revelation may not be surprising. His transformation into Red Hulk seemed inevitable.

Red Hulk has been one of Hulk’s most notable adversaries, and now, in the upcoming release, he’s set to clash with the newly minted Captain America. Industry insider CanWeGetSomeToast recently shared on social media a fresh glimpse of Red Hulk’s character. The image is likely promotional material, similar to previous leaks associated with the movie.

During this year’s CinemaCon, an exclusive clip featuring Harrison Ford in a significant role was revealed. The clip depicts Sam Wilson meeting President Thunderbolt Ross at the White House, where Ross suggests reuniting the Avengers under a new Captain America. However, there are hints that Ross may have hidden agendas. Chaos ensues during a meeting when a mysterious villain takes control, leading to intense action scenes, including Sam defending himself against Secret Service agents. Sam teams up with Joaquín Torres in action sequences, culminating in a tense confrontation between Sam and Ross. Sam acknowledges he’s not Steve Rogers before donning the new silver and blue Captain America suit. Mackie added that the movie will be fast-paced, grounded, and will focus on Sam Wilson.

Additionally, over a week ago, McDonald’s accidentally leaked a first look at the female villain Diamondback, also set to appear in the movie, possibly as Sam Wilson’s love interest according to the source material.
