As the new year begins, anticipation builds for the launch of a fresh cinematic universe centered around DC characters, known as the DCU. While the previous DC Extended Universe (DCEU) concluded with the relatively successful ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,’ the overall track record of the movies has been less impressive.
