The Russo Brothers, Anthony and Joe, who previously directed MCU movies Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, are now back with their newest flick — The Gray Man — an action thriller starring Blade Runner 2049 star Ryan Gosling, Captain America star Chris Evans, and No Time To Die star Ana de Armas. The screenplay was also co-written by Joe Russo, and Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, who wrote all the MCU movies that Russos directed.
The Gray Man follows Court Gentry also known as Sierra Six, played by Gosling, who is a CIA black ops mercenary forced to go on the run after he uncovers incriminating secrets about his agency, while Chris Evans plays Lloyd Hansen, Gentry’s former colleague who leads a manhunt to capture him. Ana de Armas stars as Dani Miranda, who will look after Gentry while he’s on the run.

“THE GRAY MAN is CIA operative Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), aka, Sierra Six. Plucked from a federal penitentiary and recruited by his handler, Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton), Gentry was once a highly-skilled, Agency-sanctioned merchant of death. But now the tables have turned and Six is the target, hunted across the globe by Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), a former cohort at the CIA, who will stop at nothing to take him out. Agent Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) has his back. He’ll need it.” — The Gray Man, official synopsis
