Harry Potter fans worldwide enjoyed a wonderful 2021 and the beginning of 2022, with the magical world returning to fashion big-time. One of the shows we enjoyed was Hogwarts: Tournament of Houses. It was a fantastic quiz show hosted by Helen Mirren. So, where can you watch it?

Hogwarts: Tournament of Houses aired on TBS and Cartoon Network with one episode each week starting on Nov 28 and finishing on Dec 19, 2021. If you missed it on TBS and Cartoon Network, you could still watch it on Hulu, DirecTV, Sling TV, YouTube TV, or Amazon Prime Video.

The show is truly one of a kind, but it targets Potterheads as its main audience. The quiz is all about trivia from the Harry Potter universe, so you won’t enjoy the show if you’re not a fan. However, if you are a fan, it’ll be an amazing ride, seeing how much you really know about Harry Potter. Keep reading to learn all you need to know about Hogwarts: Tournament of Houses.

What Is Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament Of Houses?

Hogwarts: Tournament of Houses is a TV show that’s one of a kind. It revolves solely around the trivia from the Harry Potter universe, including both books and movies. The show is divided into four episodes, each being a head-to-head round of trivia.

The teams competing for the title of the House Cup Champion are divided into four Hogwarts Houses, each representing one team: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin.

The show’s host was Helen Mirren, and she did a marvelous job despite never actually being a cast member in any of the eight Harry Potter movies. She looks and feels at home in the wizarding world and does great as the show’s host.

In an interview about the TV show, Mirren expressed that it felt great to do the show and that she wishes she could’ve been a part of the original movie series. I believe she’d fit in perfectly, but I wouldn’t change a thing about the movies.

Guest appearances from celebrities, actors from the movies, and more made the Hogwarts Tournament of Houses that much more interesting, especially if you want to know more about the magical world. The show is jam-packed with awesome trivia.

I won’t spoil which team won in the finale, but the answer will be right at the end of this article if you want to know before you watch.

Where To Watch Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament Of Houses?

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses aired on TBS and Cartoon Network for a month, divided into four episodes. The first episode aired on November 28, 2022, and each episode aired seven days apart, finishing on December 19, 2022.

If you’ve missed the show on TBS or Cartoon Network, don’t worry, you can still watch the show if you want.

The episodes were uploaded on the TBS website and TBS mobile app, so you can get them there. Also, the show isn’t exclusive, meaning you can find it on multiple streaming platforms.

If you have a Hulu subscription, you can find the show there. If you only want to watch the show, get Hulu on their 7-day trial. Who knows? You might like it and prolong your subscription after you’ve finished the Hogwarts Tournament of Houses. If not, you can simply cancel the subscription after the 7-day trial is over.

You can also find the show on Sling TV. Sling TV offers TBS and Cartoon Networks in their packages, but if you choose the Sling Blue or Sling Orange channel packages, you’ll get 40 different channels online to catch up with the quiz.

If you have a YouTube TV subscription, you’re good to go. It includes Cartoon Network and TBS, and over 30 other top-notch channels for you where you can browse and watch any show they had on air. It’s a bit more pricy, though, going for $65 a month, so it might not be the wisest choice if all you want is to watch the Hogwarts Tournament of Houses.

You can find the show on DirecTV Stream as well, which allows you to browse through all TBS and Cartoon Network shows and watch the quiz. HBO Max also has the show on the platform, provided that you have an active subscription.

However, all those platforms require a subscription that lasts for at least a month – there’s no way you can get only the show you want.

Instead of buying monthly subscriptions, you can rent the show on Amazon Prime Video. It’ll allow you to rent only the show you’re interested in for a much smaller price.

Note that the next subheading is a spoiler for the winner of the Hogwarts Tournament of Houses. If you don’t want to know who won before watching the show, I suggest you skip the next subheading.

Who Won Hogwarts Tournament Of Houses?

House Hufflepuff

The epic Harry Potter trivia quiz ended in a wild finale between Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin.

House Hufflepuff won the Tournament of Houses, in the end, led by team members David Martin, Luke Neville, and Adriana Redding. The three took the victory and won several rewards for their efforts.

First – they won bragging rights as the House Cup Champions and the awesome trophy. But the best prize will come after the show.

David, Luke, and Adriana are going on a wonderful trip around Harry Potter locations on the East Coast where the movies were shot, with everything related to their travel accommodated by the show’s producers.
