Despite a rude initial interaction, Futaro learns he has been hired to tutor Itsuki, only to discover that she is one of the identical quintuplets, leading to a challenging first study session with the sisters.

2. ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets‘ ∬, Season 2

Futaro is hospitalized due to a cold from the school camp, and memories of a girl from a Kyoto trip six years ago resurface during a doctor’s visit. The quintuplets visit him, and Itsuki, reminiscent of the girl from his memories, brings a good luck charm, leading Futaro to attempt to recognize the sisters but failing, dismissing the idea of any of them being the girl from his past.

3. ‘The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie’ ( 2022)

As third-year high school students, Futaro Uesugi and the Nakano quintuplets prepare for the school festival, where Futaro confesses his love to them. Amidst the festival events, Ichika learns of a sister’s collapse, leading to a hospital visit where Nino expresses gratitude to her father for choosing Futaro as their tutor.

‘The Quintessential Quintuplets∽’ the latest installment in the franchise is set to cover manga arcs that weren’t previously adapted as a part of the anime series.
