Lady Sif Actress Interested in Joining Forces With Iron Man in the MCU: “I Really Like Iron Man”

‘Thor: Love & Thunder’ premiered nearly two years ago to mixed reviews, criticized for its campy tone amidst the film’s broader themes. Among the characters given fresh starts was Jaimie Alexander’s Lady Sif, who narrowly survived a near-fatal encounter, losing an arm but making a recovery in time.

Now residing in New Asgard, she has taken on the role of training Heimdall’s son, Axl Heimdallson, alongside Valkyrie and other children.

‘Thor 5′ is currently in development with Chris Hemsworth reprising his role. There are rumors suggesting Valkyrie may also return in the sequel; her last appearance was in ‘The Marvels,’ where she hinted at a romantic connection with Carol Danvers.

At Superhero Comic Con, Jaimie Alexander expressed a different idea. The actress revealed her interest in seeing Lady Sif team up with Iron Man.

I really like Iron Man. The flirtation would be funny because I think Lady Sif would punch him in the face.

Iron Man met his end in ‘Endgame,’ marking one of the most poignant conclusions in superhero history. However, with the Multiverse now in play, there’s a technical possibility for Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man to return to the MCU through a variant.

Robert Downey Jr. himself has hinted at reprising his iconic role, citing its deep personal significance and its pivotal role in revitalizing his career. Rumors suggest his return could be in ‘Avengers: Secret Wars,’ a project rumored to feature over 60 characters and promise an epic scope.
