Eva Longoria has spent years using her star power to support causes close to her heart. The actress, director, and producer has been the most recognizable face of the Global Gift Foundation since its earliest days, and she has worked alongside its founder, María Bravo, for more than a decade.

The foundation was created by entrepreneurs María Bravo and Alina Peralta with Longoria’s support. Its flagship fundraising event, the Global Gift Gala, has since been held in cities around the world, with Monaco becoming one of its newest and most glamorous stops.

On Friday, October 9, Longoria attended the second Global Gift Gala Monaco at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. She served as the evening’s honorary chair alongside Bravo, who chaired the black-tie event in the hotel’s Salle Empire.

For the red carpet, Longoria wore a strapless black column gown with a sparkling silver crystal-embellished neckline. The fitted silhouette showed off her figure while the shimmering trim added a dose of glamour.

She accessorized with a dazzling diamond necklace, oversized silver hoop earrings, sparkling bracelets, and rings. Her dark hair was swept up into a sleek updo with a playful, tousled finish, paired with glowing makeup.

Inside, Longoria took the stage and moved easily between English and French, delighting the Monaco audience. She has described the gala as a way to give visibility and practical support to organizations whose work might otherwise go unnoticed.

The evening was hosted by Sandy Heribert, known as the master of ceremonies for the Ballon d’Or. Singer Lara Fabian delivered an exclusive concert, marking her first performance at the Monaco edition of the gala.

Princess Stéphanie of Monaco was also among the evening’s notable guests. The night featured cocktails, dinner, performances and a live auction. Funds raised at the gala will support several charities. These include Fight Aids Monaco, Alexandra Leclerc’s Corazones Unidos fund in Mexico, Casa Ángeles in Marbella and the Quang Chau orphanage in Vietnam.

The event was presented by Monaco-born jewelry house APM Monaco, a longtime supporter of the foundation. It was also backed by CMC Consulting, a Monaco-based marketing and events agency founded by Camille Gottlieb and Medy Anthony. The Monaco gala has quickly become a fixture on the Principality’s autumn social calendar. The inaugural 2025 edition reportedly raised approximately €400,000.

Alongside its sister event in Marbella, the Monaco gala was named among the Best Events in Europe 2026 by Brussels-based European Best Destinations. Its return this year signals a lasting partnership between the foundation and Monaco’s philanthropic community.

Longoria has delivered plenty of memorable fashion moments at Global Gift events over the years. At the 2024 Paris gala at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, she wore a transparent silver sequin gown and was joined on the red carpet by her son, Santiago.

The Monaco look showed a sleeker, more classic side of her style. With its mix of black velvet-like fabric and silver sparkle, the gown struck the perfect balance between elegance and glamour.

For Longoria, though, the evening was ultimately about the causes being supported. Her continued commitment to the Global Gift Foundation shows that her influence reaches far beyond the red carpet.

What do you think of Eva Longoria’s black and silver gown at the Global Gift Gala in Monaco?
