Anya vs. Gojo: After Seeing the Meme, Who Would Win in a Fight? (For Real)
Over the years, we at Fiction Horizon have made numerous interesting comparisons. The sheer number of characters that we’ve done from various media and fictional universes is amazing. While we’ve done some obvious ones as well, most of them were truly epic and intriguing clashes. But the time has come now, and there always comes a time like that, when we just have to abandon all logic and make a comparison that makes about as much sense as pineapple on pizza, and that is a comparison between Jujutsu Kaisen’s Satoru Gojo, one of the most powerful characters ever written, and Spy×Family’s Anya Forger. It doesn’t seem meaningful, right? Well… just keep reading. It’s all we can say.
Satoru Gojo is one of the most powerful anime and manga characters ever
Now, if you’re expecting our usual point-by-point analysis, we must disappoint you as it is inherently impossible to do that when Gojo and Anya are concerned. It’s not just that the worlds of Jujutsu Kaisen and Spy×Family are inherently different. Still, Anya has no powers at all (except for her telepathy, which isn’t useful in a fight).
It would be silly to compare her, e.g., physical and fighting skills (as she cannot even throw a ball properly) with Gojo’s skills, which are on par with Sukuna’s and Kenjaku’s. This is why we will just tell you about the two of them.

Satoru Gojo is best known as the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College teacher of the three major characters from the series, Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki. While being the strongest sorcerer, others often consider Satoru Gojo reckless.
Limitless is the name of Gojo’s Innate Technique. It is a skill that the Gojo Clan members have inherited. It has several forms, and as it advances in level depending on these forms, it can precisely manipulate space at the atomic level, producing various results and following procedures that fall within the realm of broad applicability.
As a fundamental level of the technique, the manipulation of space, it has three standard forms and one “non-standard” that extends beyond the Limitless.
He is physically quite strong, which makes him stand out in close-quarters battles, although his preferred method of assault is usually from a distance. He can effortlessly apply force to others, rip off limbs, and toss opponents a distance of many meters with a few punches.
Due to his strength, he can easily deal with curses, even those of a very severe nature, and he can severely injure his opponents with strong punches.
He demonstrated the ability to move quicker than the human eye could see, and in his greatest display of speed, he left a fight and returned to the field of war before his adversary even realized he had left. His reflexes and extraordinary speed enable him to dodge circumstances that threaten his life with little effort. His speed and reflexes are illogically quick when he is experiencing one of his fits of insanity. He can navigate the area around him as though he were a part of it.
Anya Forger can read minds, but that’s about that
Anya Forger is the child protagonist of the SPY×FAMILY manga and anime. She is a telepathic girl, known as Test Subject “007”, i.e., an experiment of an unknown organization from the fictional country of Ostania, from where she escapes from the laboratory and ends up in a children’s orphanage where she is adopted by Loid Forger (Twilight) to carry out his operation in Ostalia.

Her origins are not well known; what we know about her is that she was part of a mysterious experiment (she was Test Subject “007”), and the results to which she was exposed turned her into a telepath. After escaping, she ended up in two orphanages until she was adopted by Loid Forger (Twilight), who saw a lot of potential in her, which would help him execute his espionage mission in Ostania.
As for her powers and abilities, she has none. Okay, she is a telepath, but that doesn’t really account for much in a direct confrontation with someone. Anya Forger was experimented upon when she was a child, and that somehow resulted in her having telepathic powers, which she can use to read people’s minds. Still, it has no practical usage in battle.
She is extremely intelligent, that cannot be denied, as well as quite resourceful, but while these skills are useful and will get Anya out of a sticky situation, they are useless in a fight against someone who is not her age; it might work against another kid, but she doesn’t have the physical strength to actually do anything against someone physically stronger than her.
But, despite that, she seemingly has some “special moves” that she uses. Her Killer Punch shows that she is quite strong for a child, as she can send people flying with it, although this is more of a comical effect than anything tangible. On the other hand, despite using her Star Catcher Arrow, she could not throw a ball properly and lost in dodgeball; but, she can throw a knife quite well with her Rising Hope “technique.” She can also use the Shink Kick (the name speaks for itself) and the Eye Poke (the name speaks for itself as well).
She also knows some basic self-defense moves, but her application of these moves is limited at best.
We have no clue who came up with this, but in case you had your doubts – Gojo wins this one (although he’d never fight a kid)
Ultimately, we really don’t know why anyone would want an answer to this question. First of all, it is quite obvious that Gojo is the clear winner here, but even if we put that aside, who would want to see a grown man fight a kid? And a female kid at that? And a grown man with the powers that Satoru Gojo has? That’s just weird… but you wanted your answer, and we have decided to provide it to you.
There is absolutely no doubt that Gojo would win against Anya in every scenario imaginable. Anya literally has nothing (save for a comical scenario in which her Killer Punch injures Gojo) in this fight, and there is nothing she can do against the most powerful jujutsu sorcerer ever. Gojo wouldn’t even have to use his powers. He’d just have to avoid Anya long enough for her to get tired and fall asleep.
This is why this was a silly match-up in the first place. And, on top of it all, there is absolutely no way that someone like Gojo (who is also a teacher) would ever fight Anya, regardless of their circumstances.
