Broly primarily fights as a berserker.

He favors a combination of physical moves and energy-based techniques, which acted to completely corner his enemies. He is also quite resilient, allowing him to neutralize most physical and energy attacks from high-level opponents such as the Full Power Super Saiyan. His fighting style is bestial, being very different from most characters.

He takes advantage of his great size, strength, and speed, to defeat anyone who opposes him, also if he knows where his opponent is, he takes the initiative to make a surprise attack by collapsing the wall, ceiling, or building from where he stands. find that person, then attack him savagely.

Super17saga10

Although General Rilldo uses his first form to hide his true power; Goku first remarks that Rilldo is better than the other machine mutants he’s encountered, then says that Rilldo’s ki is even greater than Buu’s, though this makes his power quite ambiguous as it is unknown what Buu is referring to.

And even then, as Akira Toriyama said in an interview, due to Buu’s unique nature, his ki is unknown and unfathomable, making it even unknown to Buu if Buu’s power in terms of ki is amazing or not great at all. Rilldo’s true abilities lie in his transformations: he can transform twice, slowly showing his true power each time.

In his second form, he absorbed the power of the Sigma Force and was able to hold his own against the Super Saiyan kid Goku (although he never harmed him). In his final form, he is much stronger, and his full power proves he can fight on par with Super Saiyan kid Goku – even at one point in Super Saiyan 2. In his final form, Rilldo also has absolute control on M – 2, the all-planet machine, and makes it one with the planet itself.

Hirudegarn better

He is also one of the most powerful villains in the Dragon Ball Z movies, being bested by Frieza Gold and Janemba (Frieza forced Goku to transform into Super Saiyan Blue to defeat him, while Janemba forced Goku to fuse with Vegeta. In his appearance, when he got angry he went from a power level of a simple human to that of an extremely powerful being. Although Uub, the reincarnation of Boo, he was the most powerful man in existence. At the beginning of GT, Uub was barely putting up a decent fight against his teacher and best friend, Goku, who was in his base form.

Though Goku commented that when he fought General Rildo in his base form his power was comparable to Little Boo, meaning Uub is probably stronger than a Super Saiyan 3. Though, this may be due to his inexperience or a lack of discipline to use its power correctly. However, after merging with Boo Gordo, his original counterpart, he transformed into Super Uub and his power level soared to new heights.

While he was still weak against Super Vegeta Baby 2, he was able to withstand a battle against it (especially after he had allowed himself to be defeated and eaten by Baby).

6. Janemba

Illusion Smash 3

Janemba’s first form seemed to be quite powerful like Goku until Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan 3 to overpower him. His reality-warping power was able to transform the entire universe into his image (including Heaven, Hell, and the other world). VegetaAndGokuSS401

The Super Saiyan 4 transformation draws the power of its users to its fullest limits and was the most powerful form of the Super Saiyan in its debut, thus surpassing transformations like Super Saiyan 3. When a group of several Saiyans gives part of their Saiyan Power to someone who is transformed into a Super Saiyan 4, the skills, as well as the power, abilities, and potential of this will be pushed beyond the limits within this state, being able to achieve a state known as Super Full Power Saiyan 4.

The only way for a Saiyan to access this transformation is by possessing a tail, transforming into a Golden Great Ape, and then regaining consciousness in order to master this form. After that, he will transform into a Super Saiyan 4 and can access the transformation. Even after a Saiyan reaches this state for the first time, the user cannot transform on their own and requires them to be exposed to Blutz Waves, however, Goku is an “exceptional case”, having the ability to transform whenever he wants, possibly because it has a queue in its base state.

However, in the case of Vegeta, since he does not have a tail, he can only transform thanks to the Blutz Waves Generator created by Bulma. In the case of an impure Saiyan like Vegeta Baby, he will remain a Golden Great Ape even if he regains control.

4. Super 17

Super 17 Return in Universe Creation

Super Android 17 has the personality and attitude of Android 17 although Android 17 of Hell is the one controlling the fusion most of the time, causing Super Android 17’s evil tendencies. Like Cell, he believes he is the ultimate Android and tries to prove his superiority by killing Goku Super Saiyan 4.

Since his power and strength are more than enough to prove his superiority, he arrogantly dismisses everyone as inferior to himself in a way not unlike Dr. Gelo’s other attempt to create the strongest android, Cell. He initially appears to be loyal to both of his creators, Doctor Gelo and Doctor Mu, although it is later revealed by Doctor Mu that he is programmed (through Android 17 of Hell) to be loyal only to Doctor Mu and the orders of Mu, 17 once again kills its creator, Doctor Gelo, as the Android had done 17 years earlier.

However, due to Android 17’s bond with his twin sister Android 18, he is able to awaken aspects of Android 17’s personality within Super Android 17, such as his desire not to be controlled, which he demonstrated by overcoming his programming and killing Dr. Mu.

However, he remains determined to kill Goku and is also willing to oppose his sister, even though Android 17’s personality ultimately helps his sister and Goku defeat Super Android 17 by forcing his transformed self to subconsciously expose his weakness by allowing Goku to kill Super Android 17. The contradictory personality traits of Super Android 17 may be the result of the conflicting personalities of its components Android 17 and Android 17 of Hell vying for control over their molten form.

3. Syn Shenron

Majin Omega Shenron Heroes

Due to the fact that Syn Shenron is the last opponent in the franchise’s timeline, he is, accordingly, the strongest opponent ever encountered in it. Syn Shenron is the strongest Shenron of them all, surpassing both Haze and Eis Shenron, the most combative of the six dragons previously encountered. Syn Shenron’s strength is so great that he is able to confidently defeat Goku’s Super Saiyan 4 without difficulty.

Only by artificially pushing the limits of his powers, through the absorption of a huge amount of someone else’s Ki, Goku was able to exceed the power of Syn and begin to dominate him. However, Syn soon responds with his power up – after absorbing all the Dragon Balls, Syn Shenron turns into Super Syn Shenron.

In this form, the dragon masters the techniques of all the original Shenrons, greatly exceeds the power of Goku’s extremely enhanced Super Saiyan 4, and again takes the lead. Even having restored his sight, Goku still cannot oppose Super Syn – the most powerful Ryuken, which tore the dragon to pieces, turned out to be useless, since the latter regenerated one of the balls due to the dragon technique.

The arrival of Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta does not change the situation at all – Super Syn Shenron deals with two Super Saiyan 4 at the same time and still effortlessly. The only power that surpassed Super Syn Shenron is Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, which turned out to be an unattainable value for him, however, his mighty attack could not destroy Super Syn, as the power of Super Dragon Form helps him survive the shot, albeit losing the Dragon Balls and gaining several wounds.

Even after regaining some of the orbs, missing out on one of the Dragon Balls, Super Syn Shenron doesn’t lose ground against two Super Saiyans 4, defeating both of them lightly. Without a doubt, Super Syn Shenron is the strongest being that the Zeta Warriors have ever faced.

2. Baby

DevelopingBaby

The “Tuffles” are the eggs that Baby implants into living beings to be able to control them even without it remaining in his body, Baby implants them in the brain in order to have better control of the host. Once the eggs mature, they spread Baby’s cells throughout the victim’s brain and body, achieving total control over it and doing everything Baby tells it to do; the eggs can be eliminated with the Sacred Water that manages to destroy the parasite and return the host to normal.

The implantation of Eggs assured him total control of the terrestrial population, he was also “Connected” with her guests because when he was in Goten’s body he was afraid of Chi-Chi’s violent aptitude; Although the implantation of Eggs was her most notable ability (without parasitizing others) this could be mocked by Fat Boo who innocently enclosed the eggs in cocoons, preventing their development, because for Boo they did not taste good.

Baby by himself is not very strong, so much so that he does not exceed a Super Saiyan, so like any parasite, he is forced to benefit from the bodies of other living beings to obtain more power. Just like she did with Goten, Gohan and Vegeta; besides that, it infected all the earthlings, the reason why it obtained certain energy from them.

1. Gogeta

Gogetablueep17sdbh

At V-Jump 2004, they announce his appearance in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 stating that Super Gogeta’s power level is around 2.5 billion. In the second volume of Dragon Ball GT Perfect Files, it says that Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is dozens of times stronger than an ordinary Super Saiyan 4 in the anime-based manga Dragon Ball GT: A Hero’s Legacy.

In the what-if saga of Dragon Ball Z: Tenkaichi Tag Team, in the “Fusion Dance” or “Potara” stage, where instead of merging into Vegetto to fight Super Boo they merge into Gogeta, it is shown that the Fusion is strong enough to defeat him. In the what-if fight between Vegetto and Gogeta in the video game Dragon Ball: Raging Blast, the Elder Kaio-shin states that Vegetto, being the fusion with the Potara Earrings, is stronger than Gogeta and could defeat him, although Kibito-shin says that the Fusion Dance is also not something to be taken lightly.

In the extended version of the Battle of Gods movie, Goku says that even if he fuses with Vegeta he won’t be able to beat Beerus, so they are still far from the power of a God of Destruction. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse in a special dialogue between Beerus and Gogeta, the God of Destruction considers Gogeta’s amazing power in Super Saiyan 4, saying “it’s not a bad thing”. Gogeta considers it possible to beat Beerus as a Super Saiyan 4.
