The Flash: Producer Barbara Muschietti Shares The BTS Photo Of Ezra Miller Wearing Motion-Capture Suit

We are officially in the year of The Flash. The upcoming DCEU movie wrapped production last year, and it’s set to hit theaters in November this year. After spending years in development hell, The Flash is finally set to have his own adventure on the big screen, and this movie is set to shake up the whole DC Extended Universe and beyond.

Ezra Miller debuted as DCEU’s Barry Allen/The Flash in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. He had a small cameo role in that movie and in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad as well. Miller reprised the role in Justice League, and we also watched him last year in the director’s cut — Zack Synder’s Justice League.

After the first version of Justice League didn’t meet the critical and commercial expectations, WB decided to change the course of DCEU, focusing more on introducing new heroes through solo movies. And while many fans are still asking for the restoration of the so-called SynderVerse, WB is planning to use the Scarlet Speedster and all of his tricks to make the DCEU meaningful again. We wish them all the good luck with that.

Director of It duology Andy Muschietti is directing The Flash, and his sister Barbara serves as the producer. Barbara Muschietti recently shared a new image from the set where we can see her, Andy, and Ezra Miller in a motion-capture suit.

DC and WB revealed the first look on the movie at DC FanDome last October. Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck are set to reprise roles of their respective versions of Batman, while Sasha Calle will debut as DCEU’s Supergirl.

The Flash is set to be released on November 4, 2022.
