Well-known for his pleasantness and speedy thinking, Flynn earned a notorious reputation as a thief. Eventually, though, he returned home and fell in love with Rapunzel, the lost princess of Corona.
Her story, after stealing a crown, was loosely based on the story of Rapunzel from the Brothers Grimm. Rapunzel had blackmailed him into taking her to see the kingdom’s floating lanterns on her eighteenth birthday, so she transforms his view of his girlfriend as she gradually turns into an honest as he discovers he’s true feelings for her.
She was developed by Nathan Greno and Byron Howard, who thought that Rapunzel needed a chaperone. He was spawned in contradistinction to the traditional courtier character, and in order to achieve this goal, he was constructed as a scoundrel rather than a proper nobleman.

Unfortunately, Yuri’s behavior is not quite good as his appearance.

Despite the fact he is an amazing figure skater, once he steps out of ice, he becomes a rude and foul-mouthed person, so he has earned another “cute” nickname – the Russian Punk. 8. Lola Bunny (Space Jam)
You will notice that this is the first (and only one) character we are talking about who is not “human”. Actually, Lola is a bunny but not an ordinary bunny – she is very hot and sexy. We just couldn’t help but mention it.
Lola Bunny is a Looney Tunes cartoon character created by Warner Bros. Pictures in 1996 for the Space Jam movie. She is also a Bugs Bunny’s girlfriend.
She is a tough-talking, independent and self-reliant person, highly athletic and seductive at the same time. Her catchphrase is: “Don’t ever call me ‘Doll”.
Lola’s personality is a combination of the Hawksian woman (the archetype of the tough-talking woman like in Howard Hawks’ movies), tomboy (a term for a girl who exhibits characteristics or behaviors considered typical of a boy), and femme fatale archetypes.
Just to mention that in July of this year comes the sequel to a movie called Space Jam 2: A New Legacy. Guess what – Lola Bunny has a new look.
Warner Bros. decided after 25 years to replace its seductive look with the sporty, modern one with which they wanted to send a slightly different, more appropriate message to society. The goal is to show her sporting ambition instead of sexualizing a female character, where physical appearance is irrelevant.
7. Light Yagami (Death Note)
Light Yagami is the main protagonist of the Death Note anime series. After discovering the Death Note, he goes on the mission to use it and rid the world of criminals.
With such brilliant problem-solving and mapping skills, Light is an incredible organizer. He may have had high general intelligence from the start, but that knowledge only magnified his arrogance, giving him an advanced level of hubris once he obtained the notebook.

This handsome man with black hair, red eyes, pale skin, and black fingernails is devoted to Ciel, the current head of the Phantomhive house.
From an objective standpoint, Sebastian is flawless. He constantly obeys orders, succeeding with remarkable efficiency, ease, and politeness. Nonetheless, he is a heartless and vindictive creature. He has his main objective: to try to claim Ciel’s soul.
5. Claude Faustus (Black Butler)
Another character from the Black Butler series caught our eye. He is the demon butler of the Trancy household.
Claude is a tall, bespectacled, and handsome man with short, black hair and golden eyes. We don’t know if this is hot but his tongue is remarkably long so he can lick the bridge of his nose. Astonishing, isn’t it?
Despite being distinctly apathetic, speaking and acting without emotion, he is simply gorgeous.
4. Zero Kiryu (Vampire Knight)
Another interesting and extremely hot character is coming from the Vampire Knight anime series. His name is Zero Kiryu and he is a vampire hunter and an ex-human vampire.
Put simply, he is breathtaking. He has the whitest skin and amazing lavender eyes we’ve ever seen. Five silver earrings and a Hunters’ Seal on his neck give him an eccentric and interesting look.
As a gifted intelligent vampire hunter, he becomes cold and hostile towards the other vampires, but genuinely he is a kind and gentle person. Once being a vampire made him struggle with his desire for blood and equally strong desire to kill all the existing vampires.
3. Betty Boop (Talkartoon series)
We believe that there are not many people in the world who do not know about this cute little girl with a child’s face in a little black dress, high-heels, and a garter. Of course, the younger generations could not be familiar with her character and work, but they had to hear it from the older ones who would mention her in various situations, generally referring to the beauty of a woman.
Betty Boop is the popular heroine of the Talkartoon cartoon series, produced by Fleischer studios between 1930 and 1939. She is the first highly eroticized cartoon character and is a kind of parody of the Hollywood pin-up beauty.
Betty was created according to the character of American singer Helen Kane at the request of producer Max Fleischer. Kane was an extremely popular actress and singer in the 1920s, and not only did she look but she also sounded like Betty. Her catchphrase was “boop oop-a-doop” so you’re probably guessing where the animated character’s name comes from.
Unfortunately, Helen Kane was not thrilled with this animated dedication. What’s more, she sued the cartoonists, but it all ended badly for the actress so today more people know about Betty Boop than about Helen Kane.
The character of Betty Boop greatly scandalized American citizens and provoked a sharp moralistic campaign, due to which the series finally had to be canceled.
2. Kaname Kuran (Vampire Knight)
What is happening with these vampires, they are on the top of the list. Surprised? We don’t think so. Through the years, vampires were always good-looking.
Kaname Kuran is one of the characters from the Vampire Knight anime series. He is the Head of the Kuran family, one of the seven remaining Pureblood vampire families.
10 000 years old Kaname is astonishingly beautiful with his dark brown hair, red-brown eyes, and his usually calm and tranquil facial expressions. As a very authoritative and strictly disciplined person, he gets softened and completely different in the presence of his girlfriend Yuki Cross, becoming gentle and warm.
Kaname never denies that all he is doing is for Yuki because his worst fear is losing her. So who would not love him?
And finally, our number one is:
1. Jessica Rabbit (Who Framed Roger Rabbit)
If you ask who is the hottest cartoon character of all the time, many people would tell you without thinking that it was her – one and only Jessica Rabbit.
Jessica Rabbit is Roger Rabbit’s Toon human wife who appears in Disney/Touchstone’s 1988 feature film Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
When asked how she would describe herself, she will respond “I’m not bad, I’m drawn that way.” That is correct, she proves herself to be selfless in every way. Although she may appear aloof and unapproachable, she has a soft spot for Roger. She adores him with all her heart and can’t do anything but love him. Despite what others may believe, she has only eyes for Roger.
As a character, she shows fearlessness, quick thinking, and interpersonal skills; she dares to put herself in harm to save her beloved one.
But, since we put her in the first place, we have to tell you a little bit more about her physical appearance.
Jessica is an astonishingly beautiful woman with broad hips and a slender waist. Her skin is light and she has amazing red hair which most of it hangs in front of her eyes, covering her right eye. Her long and sexy eyelashes are accentuated by fine purple eyeliner. An outfit she’s wearing features a short red sequined dress that’s left open at the front with a sweetheart neckline, as well as a short skirt that shows off her thighs. When she wears purple stilettos, she also wears golden earrings and pink gloves.
We can’t deny it, she deserves to be the number 1 on this ranking list, whatever other people think of it. Even though it is just a cartoon character, we are sure most women would “kill” to look like Jessica Rabbit.
We have reached the end of this “hot” journey. If you have stayed with us so far, thank you so much. We hope you enjoyed reading, as we enjoyed doing the research.
It was wonderful to recall some of the older characters we remember from our childhood, like Cinderella or Alladin. As we said before, we have compiled a list of our choice, so now you can start to compile your own and compare it.We admit that at first, the theme sounded a little weird, e.g. how can you say “Cinderella is so hot”. It’s at least awkward, you can’t discuss it with children. But, we accepted the challenge, that’s why you have Jessica Rabbit at 1st place and a bunch of drop-dead attractive anime characters. Enjoy!
