Biggest Titan(s) in Attack on Titan
The article is going to include only the Nine Titans, the major Titans in the franchise, and not the remaining ones that have appeared. They are going to be ordered from shortest to tallest, with us providing some basic information on them for you.
Cart Titan
Height: 4 meters (13 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Pieck Finger)
Like the other nine titans, the Cart Titan was created after the soul of Ymir Fritz split into nine parts. The resulting nine titan walkers used their abilities to found noble families. They warred in the following 1,700 years until King Karl Fritz retired to the island of Paradis and abandoned his subjects on the mainland. In the course of the Great Titan War, the Cart Titan was then conquered by the Marley.
As part of the Marley’s warrior program, Pieck inherited the Cart Titan in 842. After the other recruits also inherited a Titan, their skills were tested in combat against a hostile nation. During the battle, the Cart Titan crossed a canal in his armor and carried a box in his mouth that contained the bearer of the colossal titan, Berthold Fubar. Pieck was able to park the box behind enemy lines and thus allowed Berthold to wreak havoc.
When some of the warriors were sent to Paradis to take back the ancient Titan, the Cart Titan stayed in Marley to defend the country from possible attack. Eight years later, however, in Marley nothing had been heard from the warriors in Paradis and so the Cart Titan and the Beast Titan were also sent to Paradis.

Jaw Titan
Height: 5 meters (16 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Falco Grice, Porco Galliard, Ymir, Marcel Galliard)
As part of the Marley’s warrior program, Marcel Galliard inherited the Jaw Titan in 842. After the other recruits also inherited a Titan, their skills were tested in combat against a hostile nation. A short time later, Marcel and his fellow recruits Reiner Braun, Berthold Fubar and Annie Leonhardt were sent on an infiltration mission to Paradis.
On the way to the walls, however, they were surprised by a ferocious Titan who broke out of the ground next to their camp. Marcel pushed Reiner out of the way, but was therefore grabbed and eaten by the Titan himself. The rest of the warriors fled. By consuming a Walker, Ymir could steal its powers. She transformed herself back into a human being and henceforth possessed the skills of the Jaw Titan.
As a human, Ymir rose and entered the walls, where she grew up as a thief in poverty. Ymir joined the military for personal reasons and had not used her Titan abilities on this point since her initial transformation. However, during an exercise in a blizzard, Ymir transformed under the shelter of the storm to bring a wounded comrade, Daz, to safety. Their transformation remained undiscovered.
Founding Titan
Height: 13 meters (43 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Eren Yeager, Grisha Yeager, Frieda Reiss Uri Reiss, Rod and Uri’s father, Karl Fritz, Ymir Fritz)
Almost 2,000 years ago, Ymir Fritz gained the power of the Titans and became the first of all Titans. While Ymir was said to be the progenitor of all nine Titans, her Titan is always mentioned as the Founding Titan. After holding power for 13 years, Ymir died in unknown ways and her power was divided between nine heirs, the ancestors of the Nine Titans.
For the next 1,700 years Ymirs Titan Elder probably remained in her direct successor, in the royal family Fritz. Eldia, founded by the Nine Titans after Ymir’s death, had a history of controversy over control of the Titans between the various family houses owned by the royal family, but order was still maintained thanks to the Original Titan.
After these seventeen centuries, the original Titan was inherited by Karl Fritz, the 145th king. King Fritz decided to abandon the conflicts of Eldia and moved the capital of Eldia to the island of Paradis, where he used the ancient Titan to use many large titans to create the three walls of Mary, Rose and Sina.

Female Titan
Height: 14 meters (46 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Annie Leonhart)
During the 57th Expedition Behind the Walls, the Female Titan first appears when he leads a group of Titans to find Eren Yeager and destroy the right flank of the Scout Squad. Further on in the formation, the Female Titan meets Armin and picks him up. Although it is Armin, she recognizes his face under the hood and decides to spare his life and continues her search for Eren.
Armin, Jean and Reiner team up and conclude that she is aiming to capture Eren, realizing that she may have received incorrect information as part of Erwin’s plan. From this, Armin concludes that Eren must be in the middle of the formation, as this is the safest place in the formation. They coordinate a plan to distract the Female Titan and give the others time to regroup. Before they are able to attack, Armin is put out of action.
Although Jean uses his blades in battle, the resilience and awareness of a Titan’s weakness allow the Female Titan to have the advantage in battle. Before she can kill Jean, Armin tries to distract her by referring to Eren, nicknamed “the suicidal bastard” while he mistakenly predicts his death.
War Hammer Titan
Height: 15 meters (49 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Eren Yeager, Lara Tybur)
The War Hammer Titan, like all nine Titans, was brought into the world after the death of Ymir Fritz. In the 1,700 years after her death, the War Hammer Titan was held in the possession of one or more of the warring houses of Eldia that were subordinate to the Founding Titan.
After these seventeen centuries, when King Karl Fritz abandoned the conflicts of Eldia and moved to Paradis, the War Hammer Titan had come into the possession of the Tybur family. In the king’s absence, the insurgent peoples of Marley began the Great Titan War, and the Tybur family were the first Eldians to come to their aid at the start of the war.
After the Great Titan War, the War Hammer Titan remained in the possession of the Tybur family, who vowed to defend the new nation of Marley as honorable Marleyan aristocrats. Despite her vow, the War Hammer Titan went unused in battle for the next century. For security reasons, the identity of the War Hammer Titan in the Tybur family should be kept secret from all but a few high-ranking personalities in Marley.

Attack Titan
Height: 15 meters (49 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Eren Yeager, Grisha Yeager, Eren Kruger)
The Attack Titan, like all nine Titans, was brought into the world through the death of Ymir Fritz. It is said that the Titan fought for the freedom of the Eldia no matter what time. Eren Kruger acquired the power of the Attack Titan while serving as a spy in Marley’s Security Agency to find the Titan from an unknown carrier.
It is not known how he used the Titan in the thirteen years, if he used it at all. However, when members of the Eldia Rehabilitation Group were turned into pure titans, he used the Force to kill Marley’s soldiers and destroy the soldiers’ ship to destroy all evidence. He then entrusted Grisha Yeager with his mission to take over the original titan of the King of the Walls and handed over his titan powers to him.
Then Grisha Yeager used the Titan to get to the walls, where he was picked up by Keith Shadis, a soldier of the reconnaissance troop. After reaching Shiganshina, it is unknown whether and how often he used the Attack Titan.

In the course of the Great Titan War, the Beast titan was then conquered by the Marley. As part of the Marley’s warrior program, Zeke Yeager inherited the Beast Titan from Tom Xaver in 842. When some of the warriors were sent to Paradis to recapture the Founding Titan, the Beast Titan stayed behind in Marley to defend the land from possible attack. Eight years later, however, nothing had been heard in Marley from the warriors in Paradis and so the Beast Titan and the Cart Titan were also sent to Paradis.

Height: 60 meters (197 ft)
Inheritor(s): None (formerly: Armin Arlert, Bertolt Hoover)

Berthold was carried into the hostile territory by the Cart Titan, where he transformed and put the enemy to flight.
The observing Marley military chiefs called the Colossal Titan the “God of Destruction”. Together with the Armored Titan, the Female Titan and the Jaw Titan, Berthold was sent to Paradis in 843 to conquer the Founding Titan for Marley. Arrived at the Shiganshina district, Berthold transformed into the Colossal Titan.
The transformation terrified the residents of the district, who watched in horror as the Colossal Titan peered over the wall before kicking the outer gate with a powerful kick, allowing the wandering titans to enter the interior of Shiganshina. Berthold then left his titan body and infiltrated the military with Reiner and Annie after Reiner, as an Armored Titan, had also destroyed the inner gate.
