The Wednesday series on Netflix is one of the biggest hits the streaming giant has had in recent years, as it ranks at the top of the ladder regarding its viewership numbers. In that regard, more and more people are getting hooked on this series. And those who waited for the hype to die down have become quite captivated by this series because it has become a blend of comedy, action, dark fantasy, and romance.

That said, there are a lot of different characters in the Wednesday series, and most of them are members of a group of people called the Outcasts, who are gifted people with abilities that make them different from normal human beings. As such, the Outcasts had to find a home in Nevermore Academy, which was Wednesday’s new school. So, with that, let’s look at the most powerful Wednesday characters.

10. Wednesday

Some people are probably confused about why Wednesday isn’t near the top of this list. After all, she is the series’s main and titular character of the entire storyline. While she is one of the strongest characters in the entire series, Wednesday is still growing up and learning more about her powers as the series progresses, and that’s why she isn’t higher up on this list.

Wednesday is a powerful seer who can see negative visions about a person whenever she touches them. The way that she interprets her visions vary, but the point is that she is capable of seeing into the future and has used these visions to determine her next course of action. We also saw that Wednesday is a skilled fighter and well-trained in fencing, as she could stand her ground against the star student of Nevermore.

9. Eugene

During the earlier part of the series, Eugene didn’t prove himself to be much of a threat to anyone because he was a shy and dorky fellow that Wednesday befriended. After all, they were the only members of the beekeeping club. But Wednesday soon discovered that Eugene was a likable and trustworthy friend she could depend on for help whenever she needed him. And it was when Wednesday needed him most that he was able to showcase what he could do.

Eugene may be young, but his potential as a psychic is pretty high. He possesses apikinesis, which is the ability to control bees. That means that he can order an entire swarm of bees to attack an opponent, and this came in handy near the end of the first season when he was motivated to save his friends. And no one on this planet would want to be on the wrong end of thousands of bee stings.

8. Enid

Introduced as Wednesday’s roommate in Nevermore Academy, Enid is her complete opposite because she is jolly, happy, and friendly. Enid is the ray of sunshine to Wednesday’s gloomy personality. While the initial meeting between the two didn’t go quite well due to Wednesday’s somewhat negative outlook on life, Enid eventually became her best friend. In that regard, she was one of Wednesday’s most trusted allies throughout the entire season.

Enid’s potential in terms of her powers was pretty high, although she initially struggled to use her abilities. As a werewolf, she couldn’t “wolf out” and could only transform her hands into wolf claws. However, near the end of the season, she finally transformed into a full werewolf, allowing her to hold her own against Hyde, the strongest beast in terms of pure brutality and strength.

7. Morticia

While Wednesday tried her best to distance herself from her mom’s legacy in Nevermore, they were very similar, except that Morticia was friendlier and more positive regarding her outlook on life. Morticia Addams, the family’s matriarch, is elegance personified and has all of the basic abilities that Wednesday has but is more refined in terms of how she uses her powers.

That means that Wednesday inherited her mother’s psychic abilities, but the difference is that Morticia can see good events in a person’s future. Morticia’s skills as a fencer were also better than anyone else’s during her time in Nevermore. As such, she was often seen as the perfect girl in her younger days. The mysterious resident boy of Nevermore Academy is Xavier, who immediately felt a connection to Wednesday the moment that he met her. Of course, the relationship was rocky earlier because everyone was a suspect regarding the Hyde attacking people in Nevermore and the nearby town. However, Xavier soon became one of Wednesday’s greatest allies, especially because he had feelings for her.

Xavier is a sensitive soul with a talent for art, but through his power, he could truly showcase his artistic capabilities. He can fully animate his art, allowing him to turn his paintings and drawings into real things. Xavier can also see the future in his dreams, often using his artistic talent to record these dreams in paintings and drawings.

5. Principal Weems

Before becoming Nevermore’s principal, Larissa Weems was one of the best students the school could produce, although she almost always ranked second to Morticia. Of course, she felt inferior to Morticia, and this affected their relationship as roommates to a certain degree. Still, she always prioritized the reputation of Nevermore Academy and was kind enough to treat Morticia and Wednesday with respect.

Weems may not seem like the most powerful regarding her raw abilities. However, she is a master shapeshifter that can transform into anyone. This ability came in handy multiple times during the series, as she could fool many people into thinking she was someone else. And while this power won’t always be useful in a fight, it can be a very versatile power that can change the outcome of a conflict.

4. Rowan

Rowan may have only appeared in a few episodes, but those two episodes he appeared in were more than enough to showcase his raw abilities as a psychic. He made his mark with his backstory and amazing telekinetic abilities, as he could throw Wednesday around like a ragdoll and even pin her against a tree without any difficulties whatsoever. That means he was arguably stronger than anyone else in terms of his telekinetic abilities.

The fact that Rowan’s powers were so unique and limitless was one of the reasons why he was such a wasted character, as he died quite early in the storyline. Still, his potential was higher than anyone else’s as he might have become one of Wednesday’s most powerful allies had he been sane enough to listen to her story and help her uncover the mystery behind the things happening in the school.

3. Tyler

Tyler was introduced as the son of the town of Jericho’s sheriff. In that regard, he was always supposed to be a normie, but that wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, he was initially the sweet and kind boy that treated Wednesday like a true friend. He fell in love with Wednesday before the truth about his identity came out.

The truth was that Tyler’s mother was an Outcast and had the powers of a Hyde. As such, Tyler inherited his mother’s Hyde powers, as he can transform into a monstrous creature with supernatural physical abilities that surpass a werewolf’s abilities. As such, regarding pure physical abilities, Tyle’s Hyde transformation is at the top. But the problem with a Hyde is that he has a “master” to obey.

2. Fester

Fester Addams is the eccentric uncle of Wednesday and is one of the strangest characters in the entire storyline, even when compared to the other Outcasts. Of course, we didn’t get to see a lot of Fester in the first season, but we can all agree that he is certainly the comic relief of the series. And while he may be a goofy character, we know he is incredibly powerful.

When he surprised Wednesday, Fester showcased abilities that clarified why his niece idolized him and enjoyed his company. However, he is more known for his electrokinesis, allowing him to channel electricity throughout his body. This ability is probably the reason why he is almost impervious to pain. We didn’t get to see his full potential, but there’s no doubt that he is stronger than almost everyone in the series.

Bianca was introduced as the queen bee of Nevermore Academy because she stood at the top of the popularity food chain. She was the star in almost everything she did, and it was due to a combination of hard work, talent, guts, and abilities. But a lot of the different people in Nevermore believe that she was able to get away with almost everything she did as she is a siren.

Considering that Bianca is a siren, she has the innate ability to use her voice to convince anyone to do what she wants them to do, and this power was so strong that it could even influence someone as powerful as Xavier. As such, she can use her powers to influence other people’s decisions and manipulate how they act. On top of that, Bianca is one of the best martial artists in the entire school. Coupled with her siren powers, she is unstoppable if she wants to use her abilities to their full potential.
