Zenitsu used to sit next to her box during their rehabilitation training and smother her with tales about Tanjirō and their exercises. Nezuko frequently reacted by shifting and scuffing her box, indicating that she liked hearing Zenitsu’s stories. As Nezuko transitions back to humanity, she starts to recall her time as a demon, especially a memory of Zenitsu giving her flowers, which may signify that she has a favorable opinion of him.
