Kakashi Hatake is able to use all five main Nature Transformations in the series and is one of a very small number of characters with this ability. The anime suggested that he had an affinity for the Lightning Release, but he has demonstrated the ability to use all the other basic nature transformations, as well as the Yin and Yang Releases.

We know that Kakashi can use Wind Release, but we placed it last on our list because it was never revealed how skilled he is with it. Thanks to his Sharingan, Kakashi was able to copy several different chakra natures, among which was the Water Element, which he controls to such an extent that he can use it without a nearby water source. Since this is an exceptionally complex feat, we assume that Kakashi has been able to use Water Release with high proficiency, similar or equal to the level of those who have Suiton as their regular elemental affinity. 2. Earth Release

Doton or Earth Release is one of the five basic elements. It utilizes chakra of a transformative and hardening nature and is the distinctive element of the people of the Land of Earth. Many Doton jutsu use the snake finger sign or slam their hands on the ground. With it, one can manipulate all forms of earth, be it stone, the earth itself, or mud. The degree of hardness of the earth can be changed by the user as desired. In terms of possible uses, it is probably the most variable of the elements.

As we’ve said, Kakashi can also use Earth Release, and with this nature, he can create a solid stone wall that is very resistant. Throughout the anime series, he has shown he can use it quickly and easily. Years after the Fourth Shinobi World War ended, Kakashi has demonstrated that he was able to use his Earth Release technique to convert it into quartz, thereby showing that he has made significant improvements to this technique. 1. Lightning Release

Raiton or Lightning Release is one of the five basic elements. It is weak against Wind Release but strong against Earth Release. Raiton users are able to generate electricity through the high-frequency vibrations of their chakra, which is primarily used to attack and increase their own speed. Some shinobi can channel Raiton chakra into their weapons, allowing them to paralyze the opponent and achieve piercing effects similar to Fuuton through the vibrations. Since the lightning bolts still require user control and guidance, they’re nowhere near as fast as real lightning bolts so that they can be dodged. It occurs primarily in the Land of Lightning.

Kakashi’s affinity is the Lightning Release, which he has mastered and by which he is known by the enemy. Kakashi tried to fuse his Lightning Release with the Ransengan, but failing in this attempt, he created the Chidori as a consequence.
