The show revolves around the Marvel comics character of the same name created by David Mack and Joe Quesada. Echo Television series is set following the events of Hawkeye released in 2021, it follows Echo, Maya Lopez as she returns to her hometown and tries to come to terms with her heritage and community. Echo was the first Disney+ show to be released under the Marvel Spotlight banner.
