Transformers (Franchise)

Transformers is a media franchise created by Takara and Hasbro based on the original line of mecha toys named Transformers. Transformers franchise consists of toys, comic books, live-action films, animated series, and video games as well as other numerous forms of media and merchandise. Due to the success of toys and movies, the Transformers franchise is counted among the highest-grossing franchises of all time. The premise of the franchise revolves around robot factions named Autobots and Decepticon, an alien race that has the ability to transform into various vehicles and animals.
