House of the Dragon

House of the Dragon is an American fantasy drama television series created by Ryan Condal and George R.R. Martin and based on the novel Fire & Blood by George R.R. Martin.  The House of the Dragon serves as a prequel to the Game of Thrones series and the story revolves around the famous and powerful Targaryen dynasty that gets caught up in the civil war in the midst of a succession crisis known as the Dance of Dragons.
